Why the South of France?: Victoria’s family has had a house in the village of St. Siffret (very near Le Mas des Oules) since before she was born. Annie's father (Victoria's Grandfather) was an architect and bought the exterior shell in 1976. He also designed the interior which was built by Annie's brother Nick, who lived in the South of France year-round. Victoria and her family used to spend all of their summers here while growing up in London. She loves the South of France and Mike fell in love with the region when he first visited in 2015, returning almost every year since. We thought you might love it too. The Schennum house is in La Commanderie, in St. Siffret, a castle that was built by the Knights Templar in the 12th century. The wedding will be in Les Mas des Oules, on the outskirts of the village of St. Victoire des Oules. Provence Le Mas des Oules
