It offers everything from whitewater rafting and kayaking to zip-lining, rock climbing, mountain biking, and beautiful walking trails. Even if you’re not feeling adventurous, you can relax by the water, explore the trails, or enjoy a drink at their riverside patio.
Carowinds
For a dose of thrills and seasonal fun, check out Carowinds — our local theme park that straddles the NC/SC border. In October, it gets a spooky makeover for SCarowinds, complete with haunted mazes, scare zones, and plenty of fall treats. Whether you’re a roller coaster lover or just here for the Halloween vibes, it’s a fun way to get into the autumn spirit during your visit.
