DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS? WHERE DO YOU RECOMMEND I STAY?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block and have other local hotel suggestions within 20 minutes from our venue. We do recommend our guests to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/ Mooresville, please see the Travel section of this website for more info. There are also many overnight options nearby the venue on websites like vrbo.com, airbnb.com, etc.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor garden, weather-permitting.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. And don't forget to check the weather forecast.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held in the same location! Splendor Pond is located in Mooresville, North Carolina at 388 Rocky River Road. Please check out our Schedule page for more details.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests can head straight to the Hydrangea Hall Patio to enjoy some music, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be served after.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time!
