Resort Information

We understand that everyone has different travel budgets and preferences. While we have reserved rooms with Stonefield, you are welcome to book alternative hotels and Brie (more information on her below) can help you with that! Please do not feel obligated to stay in the resort venue and we can plan travel to the resort for any guests staying at other locations.

Stonefield Villa Resort

This is where we will be holding the ceremony and reception. We will be staying at this resort for the duration of the wedding and invite you to do the same. However, if you choose to stay an an alternate resort, Brie can assist with travel to and from the wedding.

Travel Agent

Our travel agent is Brienne Felicien, who goes by Brie. Brie is originally from Virginia but moved to St Lucia with her family a few years ago. Brie is available through email at: brie@kardiatravel.com or through what’s app at: +1(758) 717-2535. Brie will help you book your hotel room with the wedding reserved rooms and can assist with all other travel details and questions you have! Brie is available for air travel, transportation, lodging, excursions, activities, and personal travel you would like to tag onto your trip! Brie will also follow up with you if there are questions about charges or medical issues you need to work through following your trip. Brie is incredibly responsive and excited to help you with your trip. In addition to help you plan out all of the aspects of your trip, Brie helps keep us updated on who has confirmed reservations and keeps personal itineraries for all of our guests. We understand if you would like to use your own travel agent, but we ask that you keep us updated with your travel plans. As a reminder: Brie's services are at no cost to you!

Booking Details

We have reserved 7 Ocean View rooms at Stonefield for our visiting couples. You will be required to pay 50% of the booking up front and the remaining 50% during check in. The rooms are $530.24 plus 17% tax/night. The *CORE* wedding nights for guests are 29 Jan - 1 Feb. However, you are welcome to extend as desired. Alternatively, you can work with Brie to stay at multiple hotels on the island to vary your stay. *The cost of the room includes breakfast*

Ocean Villa Details

Ocean View Villas are stand alone buildings with an ocean view. They are 916 square feet with a private swimming pool and hammock There is a kitchenette and dining room They are air conditioned with four poster king sized bed, partially outdoor shower, WI-FI Access, in room safe, coffee and tea facilities. All Inclusive Option

The resort offers an all inclusive offer, however, it is exceptionally overpriced! The all inclusive option includes: Full breakfast 2 course lunch 3 course dinner water, soft drinks, juices, Caribbean beer, tea and coffee, house wines, cocktails, mixed drinks, introductory spirits

Travel Note

Cancellation

You can cancel up to 30 days prior to the stay without penalty. After that, you will incur a 2-night penalty. We would like to finalize our guest plans by Oct 2025, so please let us know your intentions prior to 1 Nov 2025. We understand emergencies happen and life is unpredictable! If you have to cancel, we understand, please just let us know as soon as possible.
