Either works! You can mail your RSVP back. You can scan the QR code and RSVP through that method Or you can just go to the RSVP section of our website. If you RSVP through zola, you don't need to mail us anything back :)
We are looking for around 4 weeks out from the wedding to finalize the attendance list. So if you RSVP by June 1st that would be most helpful.
It will be an outdoor wedding. So make sure to hydrate that day! The main seating area is uncovered but we estimate that the ceremony will only be 30 minutes long, maybe less. After the ceremony is over, there will be plenty of places on site to get under shade.
If you are staying in our block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express, we will have a shuttle that will take people to the vineyard right before the ceremony and back to the hotel after dinner as well as at the end of the evening.
Yes, all the areas that guests will need to access will be wheelchair accessible.
Semi-formal. Think "Sunday best" and you'll be looking great!
We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 4:30PM
Everyone should be heading home by 11:00PM
Yes, there will be ample free parking at the vineyard.
Yes. Mike and Rachel will be taking photos with their families immediately after the ceremony, but there will be appetizers and drinks available during that time.
