Flight
From past experience when traveling to the UK, we have had the most luck with less expensive airfare flying out of Newark Airport or JFK Airport. The closest airport to the venue is London Gatwick Airport and London heathrow airport. If you have the time, we highly recommend trying to visit another country while you're over here! Most flights to other countries can be booked for under $100!

Travel Note
The venue is about 2 hours south of London and easily accessible by train! If you've never been to London, there are so many sites to see and things to do! A great way to see the city is to rent the Santander bikes and explore at your leisure. There are so many stations all throughout London that can be found online so you know exactly where you're going! The link is attached below. As far as accommodations, we would recommend looking on air bnb and staying in a central neighborhood with easy access to the tube and main sight seeing attractions (Covent Garden, Soho, or Southbank). If you're looking for somewhere a bit quieter we would recommend Bayswater/Notting Hill area. We stayed here last spring and it was beautiful with easy access to Hyde park and not too far from Buckingham Palace; one disadvantage is that the rest of the city is a bit further out though.
Train
Paris is an easy destination to get to from London. The best part is not having to spend time in the airport! There is a train from central London to central Paris that takes about 2.5 hours and has spectacular views. The link is attached below, you want to take it from London St. Pancras to Paris Gare Du Nord. When we traveled to Paris we stayed in Montparnasse, one of the 20 arrondissements- which is recommended if you want to stay Central. Some other arrondissments that have come highly recommended are Marais and Saint-Germain. Again, here we advise staying in and air-bnb because you get a lot more for your money, and most hosts are extremely helpful in providing you with fun things to see and great places to eat! If you have time, venture out to the countryside of France... when we visited France we rented a car and drove through Normandy Beach and Mont St Michel (so beautiful) to the beachside towns of Dinard and St. Malo which are full of history. The drive takes about 4 hours.
Flight
This past May (2018) we traveled to Barcelona with a group of friends and family and it was an amazing experience, especially the food! The flight took about 2 hours. We stayed within walking distance of Las Ramblas which is the main strip filled with tourists and places to shop. Our favorite places though were the beach (make sure you get a chance to visit the beach on the other side of the club strip), Park Guell that has a beautiful panoramic view of the entire city, and just wandering around the Gothic Quarter gazing at the beautiful architecture. We suggest to stay central either near Las Ramblas or in the Gothic Quarter - and definitely go to as many tapas restaurants as you can! You're going to be surprised when we say this... but stay in an Air bnb! There are so many to choose from and allows you the freedom to have your own kitchen, a larger space, and to stay with a group of people. Most hotel rooms in Europe are a lot smaller than the US
