Maegan and Mike met the old-fashioned millennial way, involving a dating app, a brewery in a renovated industrial complex, and an Uber. Mike took an unconventional approach to the first date and asked Maegan out to a fundraiser gala at Union Craft Brewery. They quickly hit it off and snuck out early to get cocktails at Clavel. Within the next four days, they had both a sushi and a pasta-making date and knew it was something special.

On their two-year anniversary, Mike took Maegan on what she thought was just one of their usual walks through Fort McHenry Park. Towards the end of the walk, and with their friends hiding in bushes to take photographs, a nervous Mike presented Maegan with a custom-made photo book. The book documented their relationship and ended with a poem Mike wrote asking Maegan to marry him. Maegan - of course - said yes. Maegan and Mike are looking forward to celebrating with everyone!
