Michael has known James basically his entire life. They grew up together, went to UW-Madison, lived together for 3 years. And somehow still want to spend time together all these years later! They’ve been best buds basically forever, and we're so excited to have him as best man!

Macy met Grace when they were paired together in the same Physiology lab bench. Needless to say, the others in the group became instant third wheels. Grad school, a wedding, a Europe trip later, they have grown and achieved in ways they once dreamed of, together. Macy is proud godmother to Grace's children, and her biggest cheerleader.

Chris was introduced to Michael via Grace (Michael's arch rival) and have been fast friends since. Whether it be their brain-wave matching obsession of Lord of the Rings, Post Malone, the Packers, or annoying their significant others, Chris and Michael tick the same way. And we're thrilled he and Grace will be there for our day!

Macy met Shannon through Alina, at a winery in Oregon. They are soul sisters, as they are nearly birthday twins and often seem to be on the same page. Seeing Shannon is always a highlight. From bread baking to sewing and caring for her chickens, Shannon is her most talented friend, to say the least!

Nathaniel came into our lives along with Shannon in the PNW. Nathaniel is one of the funniest and most genuine people Macy and Michael have ever met. Anytime we sync up it's a guaranteed riot. We're so excited to have them with us!

Alina was Macy's first friend in Oregon! She welcomed her into her circle of closest friends, and included her in many adventures. Alina helped Oregon become home. Today they are even closer friends who camp, ski, and frolic across the state with a group who continues to expand!

Macy met Jaime through Alina, during her first year in Oregon. On their many adventures, Jaime is always bringing the champs and celebrating the achievements of those around her. The most loyal, selfless person Macy has ever met, she can look to Jaime for anything.

Macy and Carly were introduced by college boyfriends - they ditched the boys, but never stopped being friends! Their love for Taylor Swift, bottomless coffee, and unseriousness kept them close. Every time they see each other, it's just as fun and chaotic as the last.

Another Peshtigo alum, Michael met Ross in elementary school. Ross, James, and Michael used to rule the halls of P-Town (jk they were quite annoying), but Ross was always a fast friend and confidant. While they now live across the country, when they meet up their brainwaves sync like old times.

Macy met Reena a few weeks before starting dental school, and they instantly became dental school besties. As fellow "gunners," they did everything together: late night study sessions, extracurricular activities, weekend hangouts, etc. Reena is the strongest, silliest woman Macy knows!
Zach Sunitsch

Zach worked with Macy for a few years, which is how he met and befriended Michael. Since then, Zach and Michael ski/snowboard, mountain bike (for Michael, not particularly well), and all in all raise hell (and annoy Macy). Zach has become a very close friend and big influence to both Michael and Macy, they're grateful to know him and to have him a part of their special day!

Macy first met Jess when Jess was a barista at Ancora Coffee in Madison. Macy would drink bottomless cups of coffee and study, grade student papers, and write dental school applications. Jess was her beacon of sunshine during those days! When Jess moved to Oregon years later, they reconnected and Jess was able to meet Michael, and he too became a good friend. Since then, they have gone on many adventures together. Jess was the first person to jokingly call Macy and Michael 'husband and wife.' When thinking of who would be our officiant, she was the first person to come to mind! It was a no brainer, having her begin out forever!

Maeve is the daughter of Michael's sister Kelly and her husband Ryan. "Brave Maeve" is strong and spunky, and is her Aunt Macy's biggest fan!
