General Info

Lancaster is easily accessible by plane, train, or car. If you're coming from out of town, or live in town and want a little getaway, we recommend staying in Downtown Lancaster. A stay Downtown will be a short drive away from the wedding venue and will most likely be within walking distance of both the welcome and after-party locations. We've provided recommendations below for the closest airports and hotels. Lancaster also has very charming BnBs and Airbnbs if you'd prefer. Below are just a few of the many options! If you have questions about where to stay, just let us know! NOTE - Lancaster is very popular this time of year, so please book early!

Flight

Planes and Trains

The Philadelphia (PHL) and Baltimore (BWI) airports are equidistant from Lancaster - both about a 1 hr 45-minute drive. Harrisburg (MDT) is a 35-minute drive from Lancaster and is a bit smaller than the other two options. But good news - it serves Chicago! Amtrak is another great travel option if you are located close to the area. It's a short train ride from major East Coast cities and the Lancaster train station is only a 10-minute drive from Downtown and the wedding venue.

House Or Rental

Airbnbs, BnBs, VRBOs

Lancaster has some very beautiful private homes for rent, especially Downtown. We're staying at an Airbnb close to the welcome and after-party locations! If you have questions about the area or where to book, just let us know!

Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square

This hotel is a great option and is right in the city's center. It's two buildings from the welcome party location, within walking distance to the after party, and is a short drive to the wedding venue.

Holiday Inn Lancaster, an IHG Hotel

This Holiday Inn is located in Downtown Lancaster just a few blocks from the welcome party and after-party locations. It's a great spot and a little less expensive than some other hotels Downtown.

The Eden is located equidistant between Downtown Lancaster and the wedding venue, so a great option if you'd prefer a stay outside of Lancaster City.
