Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 12:00 PM at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church (323 Pine Street, Little Chute, WI 54140). There will be an “in-between” held at Rose Hill Bar (2206 E Main Street, Kaukauna, WI 54130) starting at 1:30 PM until 4:30 PM. The reception will take place at Stadium View Bar, Grill & Banquet (1963 Holmgren Way, Green Bay, WI 54304). The reception hall doors will open starting at 5 PM, and dinner will be served at 6:30 PM. Music and dancing will start at 8 PM provided by country music band Jason McNabb & The Reign!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear a cocktail dress, and the gentlemen should wear dress pants and a button down shirt with or without a tie.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony location (St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church) and the reception location (Stadium View Bar, Grill & Banquet) are wheelchair accessible!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be having a receiving line after our ceremony, as we must be out of church by 1:30 PM. We ask family and friends to gather at Rose Hill Bar (2206 E Main Street, Kaukauna, WI 54130) promptly after the ceremony for cocktails, hor d’oeuvres, and socialization. After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour and will meet at Rose Hill Bar before heading to Stadium View Bar, Grill & Banquet.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Of course! Dinner will be a family style, sit down dinner, and there is full bar access for soda, beer, wine and cocktails.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #HadMeAtHey so we can enjoy of all of your pictures also!

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Great question! The hotels we chose for our block of rooms are within close walking distance (1-2 blocks) of our reception hall (Stadium View Bar, Grill & Banquet).

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
