Is there anything significant about your wedding date?

Answer

In fact, yes! Mike's birthday is 6/4 and mine is 4/6. Those both add up to 10, which put us in October. At this point, we have been together for 9 years. The 18 came from our years together; 1 + 8 = 9. It may be a little cheesy, but it's also kinda sweet.

Can we stay at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We have a block of 15 rooms available for a guaranteed price. Depending on when you book, you may be able to find something cheaper online. Additionally, we have a few more hotels listed on this site that are within a 3-10 minute walk from CityFlats.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Not really. After having spent the last 9 years together, we don't need any more stuff to find a place for! For those who wish to give something, we are just asking for a contribution to a honeymoon. After planning a graduation open house and a wedding, a break sounds lovely!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! CityFlats hotel has an adjacent parking garage less than .2 miles from the venue. Look for the Monroe Center Parking Ramp at 37 Ionia Avenue NW.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Only a recommended one! While we want everyone to be comfortable, it is an increasingly rare occasion to get gussied up (that's an official term). So, let this be your occasion. The ballroom is gorgeous and we're could all use some fun and time to cut loose.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 15. This is so we can finalize the food menu. You can RSVP by taking a picture of the QR code on your invitation.
