Steamboat Grand

This will be the primary hotel for our guests and families that want to stay near the base of the gondola for easy access to the welcome dinner and the ceremony and reception. The welcome dinner, and gondola to the ceremony and reception are all a short walk from this hotel. This discount link provides a 20% discount for 2-3 night stays, or 25% discount on 4+ nights. Note that there is no room block so we encourage you to book as soon as possible!

AirBnB

Steamboat Springs offers many beautiful homes for guests that would prefer to stay in a private house nearby. There are some Airbnb options right on the mountain, walking distance from the Gondola to our wedding site (though these on-mountain options fill fast!) For other Airbnbs a bit further from Gondola Square, transportation to and from the Gondola would need to be arranged separately, but Uber and Lyft are available in the town of Steamboat, and there is a free city bus that may be an option depending on the location of the Airbnb.

1.5 miles from the Gondola and Ceremony, this hotel is offering a 15% off discoung for our guest. Note arrangements should be made for transportation before and after the welcome dinner and ceremony and reception. The hotel does offer a shuttle, but we cannot guarantee the times and routes it will be running.

Flight

Steamboat/Hayden Airport

Steamboat has a small airport 25 miles away (Hayden, HDN) with commercial flights available direct from airports across the country, or from anywhere connecting through Denver. To get from the Hayden airport to your lodging, there is the option to reserve a rental car (Hertz, Avis and Budget) for pickup at Hayden, and there is likely to be Uber/Lyft availability as well. Note that the Steamboat Grand and the Homewood Suites hotels do not provide a shuttle to and from the airport.

Flight

Denver Airport

Fly directly to Denver from nearly any major airport in the US, then rent a car for a beautiful scenic drive through the mountains to Steamboat. It is a 3hr 20min drive, and Mike and Jackie never get tired of the breathtaking views along the route. Alternatively connect through Denver and fly direct to Steamboat/Hayden airport!
