CLOTHING FOR WEEKEND: Clothing & shoes for lawn games, outdoor activities, hiking and bon fire PJ's, slippers, swimsuit (if you like cold water) Raincoat Sweatshirt(s) Sleeping Bag or Extra Blankets!!! (Bed linens provided, but the Adirondacks can get cold)! Camp chair/ Beach chair FOR FRIDAY BBQ: Your best flannel is requested FOR WEDDING: Shoes you can hike a short distance in for Ceremony (this is all up to you, but we advice against tall, pointed heels) Formal attire Coat/ sweater (Ceremony will take place outside) PERSONAL ITEMS: Phone & Charger Water Bottle/ Travel Mug Flashlight Earplugs Cooler (if you plan to bring extra snacks, drinks, etc) TOILETRIES: Shower sandals Shower Towel Beach Towel (Weather permitting) Shampoo/ Conditioner/ Body Wash/ Razor/ Hairbrush/ Hair Dryer/ Products Toothbrush & Toothpaste Bug Spray Sunscreen

How do we pay for our stay?

Please be sure to pay upon RSVP (before March 17th) by Venmo. See the 'Lodging Payment' tab for Venmo instructions.

What if I don’t have a Venmo account?

Answer

Getting a Venmo account is very easy, you only have to link it to a credit card to make a secure payment (no bank information is needed). We strongly encourage guests to use Venmo so that their transaction can be confirmed and tracked by Forest Lake Camp. If you want help setting it up give us a call! What is the Attire for a Camp Wedding?

Answer

Wear your best flannel for Friday’s BBQ and formal attire for the wedding ceremony and reception. Otherwise, the rest of the weekend will be a pretty casual vibe. Wear what you’d like during that time and have fun!

Is There Bedding Provided?

Answer

Yes! All Cabins have bedding, 1-2 bathrooms, and all linens will be provided. Be sure to bring your own towel & extra blankets if you feel you need it! We recommend a big ‘ol flannel comforter - that will fit right in.

Who will be in our Cabin?

Answer

We will prioritize placing everyone with someone that they know (and like)! We promise no odd match-ups.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes! We've included your kids on the invitation, so if you'd like to bring them, please do. There will be camp staff available for paid babysitting should you want it. Kids are still charged $225pp by the camp for the weekend. Kids 3 and under are free.

Are We Allowed to Bring Snacks and Drinks to Keep in our Cabin?

Answer

Yes, keep the drinks in a cooler and snacks should be kept in sealed containers to keep critters away!

What Kind of Alcohol Will be Served?

Answer

We will have an assortment of Beer and Seltzers available throughout the weekend. Hard liquor and wine will be served at the Cocktail Hour & Wedding Reception. If you have a specific preference of alcohol, please free to bring your own beverage of choice and cooler!
