Are Children Invited?

Answer

Although we love to watch the children run and play, this is going to be an adults only kind of day.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should arrive by 3:30pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have vegetarian options but if you have any special requests, please let Emily know and she will be sure to work with the catering company.

Is there parking for the ceremony/ reception?

Answer

There is the City Market Pavilion parking as well as several other downtown lots surrounding the building.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle to and from the Embassy Suites and Hilton Garden Inn for guests to access.

What time is the shuttle?

Answer

The shuttle will pick guests up at 3:15pm from Hilton Garden Inn and 3:45pm from Embassy Suites. The shuttle will drive guests back to the hotels after the wedding and after the after party.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

We are not enforcing any guests to wear masks, we encourage guests to do what they feel comfortable.
