WEDDING: Where will the wedding be held?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be Monday, March 24, 2025 at 3pm Eastern Standard Time. The wedding ceremony will be held indoors at the Springhill Road Church of Christ located in Tallahassee. The address of the wedding venue is 4201 Springhill Road, Tallahassee, Florida. This location is wheelchair accessible and has ample parking.

RECEPTION: Where will the reception take place?

Answer

The reception will follow the wedding ceremony. The reception will be held indoors and begin at 4pm Eastern Standard time. The reception venue is located at Tallahassee Nights Live Performing Arts Center, 1533 S. Monroe St, Tallahassee, Florida. This location is wheelchair accessible. There is plenty of parking at this location. The reception is approximately 4pm - 6pm (including meal). However, for those who love to dance, there will be dancing until at least 9pm.

RSVP: What date should I RSVP by and can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 10, 2025 at 12 Noon. Please include the name of your plus one with your RSVP information. If you will bring your children to the wedding or reception, please specify in the RSVP to assist with total headcount. ATTIRE: What is the suggested attire for the wedding and reception?

Answer

The suggested attire is semi-formal for a wedding. Some call the attire "dress to impress". Example: Men - A suit with a dress shirt, tie, and dress shoes. You can also wear a blazer. Women - A cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, or dress pants with a blouse. You can also wear a dressy maxi skirt.

D9: Any information for Divine Nine organization members?

Answer

All organizational members of the Divine Nine can feel free to "rep your colors"; however, this is not required for any guest. Members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.® members are asked to wear their pearls. Thank you kindly!

"DRANKY DRANKS": Will alcoholic beverages be served at the reception?

Answer

No. Alcoholic beverages will not be served at the reception celebration. However, there will be a meal, beverages and cake served at the celebration.

WEATHER: What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

During the timeframe this website was created, the weather in Tallahassee was averaging High of 68°F (in the daytime) and a Low of 42°F (at night). Bring a jacket and you should be good!

PHOTOS & PRIVACY: Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding and reception?

Answer

Taking photos for your personal keepsake is allowed at the wedding and reception. Please read section regarding Social Media & Privacy.

SOCIAL MEDIA & PRIVACY: Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

If you take photos in the designated areas with the bride and groom, you can feel free to post those photos on social media. Otherwise, please ask permission before posting photos of any other guests attending the wedding or reception. Thank you!

STREAMING: Will you be live streaming your wedding?

Answer

Streaming of the wedding and reception is strictly prohibited. The couple may provide a private channel to stream the wedding for select family members unable to attend the event. Thank you for understanding and respecting our privacy.

ARRIVAL TIME & ITINERARY: What's the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Arrival Time: The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 3PM Eastern Standard Time. To ensure a seat, you should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony (i.e., at least by 2:30PM Eastern Standard Time).
