FAQs
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

European Estate Attire Channel a stylish European summer evening. Men can wear lightweight suits, blazers, or dress shirts in soft neutrals. Women are encouraged to wear midi or maxi dresses, playful prints, and breezy fabrics. Flowy silhouettes and comfortable heels or dressy sandals work beautifully for this dress code. Think polished but relaxed—perfect for celebrating outdoors. Please note that the ceremony will take place on the lawn. Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 4:30 PM to enjoy welcome drinks prior to the ceremony, which will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Shuttle transportation from Oceanside has been arranged to ensure timely arrival.

Question

How and when do I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1st through the RSVP tab on our wedding website so we can finalize our guest list.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on the invitation.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

To allow all of our guests to relax and enjoy the celebration, our wedding will be adults only. If we have personally reached out to you regarding your child attending, they are warmly included. Otherwise, we kindly ask that guests attend without children.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

For your stay, we recommend the The Brick Hotel, The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa, Pacific Villas: Ocean View Suites, and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Oceanside Beach. There are also many great nearby options available through Airbnb.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided from Oceanside to the wedding venue for guests staying nearby. We encourage guests to take the shuttle for convenience. For those traveling locally and driving themselves, please note that there is parking at the venue, but it is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

Instead of a traditional registry, we’ve created a few cash funds that guests can contribute to if they wish. These funds support meaningful areas of our life together, including marriage counseling, mission trips, and healthy living. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, but for those who would like to contribute, we’re grateful for your support as we begin this next chapter together.

Question

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes! Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when RSVPing on our wedding website so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Question

Are there any nearby attractions or activities for us to explore during our visit?

Answer

We’ve listed some of our favorite local activities on the Things To Do tab of our wedding website. Some highlights include taking a bike ride along the beach and exploring the shops and restaurants at Oceanside Harbor Village.
