Marconi Conference Center

We have reserved Marconi Conference Center for the weekend, with the hope that most folks will stay there. There are 40 rooms available, each sleeping up to 3 people. There is a 2 night minimum, so plan to check in Friday and check out Sunday. This is a beautiful state park, with 62 acre grounds that include hiking trails, a hill overlooking Tomales Bay, an Activity Meadow with a basketball court, volleyball, and horseshoes. There is a dining hall on site serving complimentary breakfast to all guests, and we'll have a farewell brunch there on Sunday. Please note, this is not a standard hotel. It's more like summer camp vibes! The shuttle to and from the wedding will be picking up at Marconi. If you would like to stay at Marconi, please note that in the RSVP by 3/1 and we will reserve a spot for you. Shuttle

Shuttle to & from wedding: Marconi to Straus

July 16, 2022 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

The shuttle will make multiple runs to take guests from Marconi to Straus (less than a 10 minute drive), and take guests back in the evening. You can park at Marconi without being a guest there. Alternatively, parking at the venue is available but limited to around 20 vehicles. Please note: We do not recommend Uber/Lyft as a way to get to the venue, as it is not close to a big town and cell reception is weak.

Nick's Cove is just a few minutes down the road from the wedding venue! It offers bayside bungalows and a restaurant on site.

Olema House Point Reyes

A beautiful property with gorgeous grounds and a market and tavern on site. Located just south of Point Reyes Station, it is about a 25 minute drive to the venue.

There are a few lovely properties in the area available on Airbnb and VRBO. Check out Dillon Beach area for some good options only 15 minutes away. Please note that the shuttle will likely not be able to pick up at individual properties, but there is plenty of parking to catch the shuttle at Marconi Conference Center.
