There are two entrances into our venue and we will have a Host and Hostess at each entrance to help you find your way to our wedding! The main entrance is on Superior Street and it is a short walk upstairs to where our Ceremony, Social Hour, Reception and Dance will be held. The second entrance will be through the skywalk from the Sheraton. If you have individuals in your group that need an elevator, please enter through the Main Lobby. Guests are free to mingle throughout the entire space during our special day! There are lots of great photo opportunities both in our venue site and outside as well. We are hoping that you enjoy the magic of the beautiful city of Duluth as much as we do and take lots of pictures!
Social Hour

While Greysolon Staff are transforming the ceremony area into the reception hall, there will be an Open Bar across the hallway that you can enjoy as well as have a little snack before we eat dinner at 7:00 PM. This is a great time for you to go out and take pictures by beautiful Lake Superior. It's right across the street! Greysolon is a beautiful venue for our wedding and our guests are encouraged to explore this spectacular space and take their own pictures too!! The Bride and Groom will be taking a few last minutes pictures post ceremony at this time and they will be anxious to greet you when they return! We also have a super fun photo booth booked that will be set up from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Unlimited strips of pictures are available for all guests! We are also excited that the photo booth company has the capability to text your photos to your phone immediately so you will be able to share them on Facebook or Instagram or print them out on your own! #MEETTHERICHARDSONS
Our Dinner, Reception and Dance

For our first meal as a married couple, we have chosen Greysolon's Signature Chicken Breast Champagne Dinner Buffet. We hope that you enjoy it! After dinner, the party will get started and the DJ will be taking requests for songs! We hope that everyone dances and has a great time! Our photographer will be taking lots of pictures of our guests and they will be available on our wedding website after our big day! We will have the Greysolon Staff serve pizza around 10:00 PM if anyone needs a little late night snack!
