Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - a THEME in fact! We ask that our guests dress in their best from the west (semi-formal). If you need some inspiration, we suggest googling “Nudie Cohn”, 40s/50s/60s Western Styles, or draw from influences of Johnny Cash, Clint Eastwood, Little House on the Prairie, or Patsy Cline. Let your creative juices fly - there WILL be a prize for the best dressed.

When should I RSVP by?

If you could RSVP by December 1st, that would be swell.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at a very casual 1 o'clock, so mosey on down 30 or so minutes before then.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is! The Bearspaw Lions Club parking lot holds approximately 30 vehicles. If this becomes full, you can park on the street for free! We do ask that if parking is looking close to full, we leave a few spots for people with less mobility.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your invitation includes a +1, we ask you only bring who has been invited.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have two hotel block deals reserved (check our "Travel" page), so those would be our recommendations! Having said that, do whatever your heart desires!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You absolutely can. On the RSVP, we leave a space for any special food requests. While we can't promise anything, we will do our best to accommodate you!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not. We encourage you to carpool, rent a car, or taxi/uber!
