Here is a schedule for the wedding day and events surrounding the day. If you are staying on site with the couple, expect more information separately about day before activities, check-in/ check-out, etc.
Tuesday, June 25th, 2024
1:30pm- Guest staying on site arrive at Zephyr Lodge and find rooms
2:00pm-Camp Games
4:30pm- Wedding party rehearsal
6:15pm- Rehearsal Dinner for on site guests
Wednesday, June 26th, 2024
(Wedding Day)
2:00pm- Immediate family and wedding party photos
3:30pm- Guest arrival at Zephyr Lodge
4:00pm- Ceremony begins
4:30pm- Game Time! (Play some games, eat some snacks, and have some drinks while you wait for the couple to return!)
5:45pm- Reception begins
10:00pm- Party ends and marriage begins!
