We love your little ones, and kids are welcome — but only if they are included on the invitation. Please check your invite to see if your children are listed. Thank you for understanding as we balance our guest list!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Visit our Accommodations page for booking links and discount codes.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

No, we will not be providing transportation. Please plan your own travel to and from the venue. Parking details can be found on the Details page. We kindly recommend carpooling or arranging a rideshare if you’d prefer not to drive — and as always, please travel safely!

What time should I arrive?

We kindly ask all guests to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony to find your seat and settle in. Note for immediate family (parents, grandparents, etc.): Formal photos will be taken prior to the ceremony, so please plan to arrive 2 hours early to be included in the photos. Thank you for helping us stay on schedule!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony—we kindly ask that you put away your phones and cameras so everyone can be present. Don’t worry: we’ll share professional photos afterward!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be celebrating with an open bar, featuring a selection of beer, wine, and signature cocktails. The drinks are on us, the hangovers are on you! Cheers! Heads up: The venue will be checking IDs, so don’t forget to bring yours if you plan on enjoying a drink!

Will the couple be covering travel or hotel costs?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! However, travel and lodging expenses will not be covered by the couple, and we are unable to host or provide housing for out-of-town guests. We’ve reserved a hotel block with a discounted rate for your convenience (see our Accommodations page), but you’re welcome to stay wherever works best for you. Thanks for understanding!
