We met freshman year of high school—two awkward teens who became fast friends. It started with hallway conversations, shared laughs, and eventually... stolen pepperoni. (Yes, I used to steal the pepperoni off Dell’s pizza. Back then, he let me. Now? Not a chance.) Somewhere between all the jokes, heart-to-hearts, and growing pains, friendship turned into love—and we haven’t looked back. We’ve been together for 11 years now. We’ve grown up together, tackled new jobs, big dreams, and supported each other through every twist and turn. Dell stood by me through nursing school, and I’ve cheered him on through every new career step. We’ve lived together for the past 3 years with our three crazy, lovable dogs—our little fur family plus Raife (a main character in his own story). And then came the proposal—Dell popped the question in Alaska, in the snow, with the mountains behind us. It was perfect, peaceful, and I am so grateful to his parents for helping make it happen. Now, after more than a decade together, we’re getting married this November! We’re so excited to celebrate this next chapter with the people we love most. Thank you for being part of our journey—we can’t wait to party with you! (And yes... there might be pizza. Just don’t touch his pepperoni.)
