We will be flexible as far as when/where to have the welcome dinner. If people are arriving late in the day or if you have other things planned for Thursday then we can easily change the "welcome dinner" on Thursday to a "welcome lunch" on Friday afternoon. Once I get a final headcount we can make that decision.

The Wedding

The main attraction of Andahuaylillas is its baroque church dedicated to Saint Peter the Apostle. The church is nicknamed "the Sistine Chapel of the Andes" because of the magnificent frescos that adorn its walls.
The Reception

Semi-Formal, Cocktail Attire
The reception will be outside. I will do my best to try to arrange for tents and heat lamps but I honestly will have no idea what to expect until I arrive in Peru. Ladies, you may want to bring a warm wrap over your dress as the nighttime approaches with cooler air. We will be walking a very short distance from the Church to the reception area. Ladies, I can't stress this enough... cobblestone streets! (there is a narrow sidewalk you can walk on if you're wearing ridiculous heels but I just want to give everyone a fair warning). Also, there will be some grassy areas in the reception center.

This is certainly not required and please don't feel obligated to attend if you have other activities planned for that day. We all know how much I love mimosas so I'll probably drink most of them anyway :)
