For those who enjoy a road trip, driving from Miami to the Chattanooga/Cleveland area takes about 10–11 hours and can be a fun way to travel with friends or family.

Rental cars are widely available at Atlanta and Nashville airports Rideshare services are available throughout the Chattanooga and Cleveland areas A rental car may be the most convenient option for traveling to wedding events and exploring nearby towns Rental Car Tip: If you’re renting a car at Atlanta (ATL), just a small heads-up that Routes Car Rental requires a short shuttle ride (about 5 minutes) from the airport. They do provide the shuttle, but it can be a bit of an extra step, totally doable, just something to be aware of when planning your arrival.This is simply one option; many other rental companies are located directly at the airport.

Getting to the venue

For guests who prefer to drive, our venue offers plenty of on-site parking, and the drive is very simple, quick, and easy to follow. Just a slight note that it can get a tad dark in the evening, but overall it’s a very easy drive. We’re so excited to share that transportation will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at our hotel blocks! We’ll be using school buses JIJI something a little different, but fun all in all and a great way to keep everyone together 🤍 Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available throughout the day; however, due to the venue’s location, late-night pickup times can be limited. For this reason, we recommend using the provided transportation or driving if possible. If you are not staying at one of the hotel blocks but would still like to use the shuttle service, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom. We’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that transportation is not mandatory, it is simply something we are offering to make things easier for everyone. We’ll also be sharing a form closer to the date to confirm transportation needs, so please keep an eye out, as you will need to be included in the count for this service.

We’ve reserved room blocks at three nearby hotels to best accommodate all of our guests for the wedding weekend. All three options are located right next to each other, about 15–20 minutes from the venue. The Tru by Hilton has the largest room block availability, but all three hotels have space for our guests, please feel free to book whichever option works best for you. Each hotel includes complimentary parking and breakfast, Transportation details above :) We also have shoulder dates available within our room blocks, giving you the flexibility to arrive as early as November 5th and depart as late as November 9th, depending on your travel plans. We will include direct booking links for each hotel below to make reserving your stay as easy as possible. If you choose to stay elsewhere, that is absolutely welcome as well! If you prefer staying in an Airbnb or VRBO, we will also be sharing recommended areas close to the venue. This will help guide you toward the most convenient locations for the wedding weekend.
