HOW & WHEN SHOULD I RSVP ?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab on our website and type in your name. All invited guest in your party will appear here to mark as " attending'. Kindly RSVP by September 14th, 2026.

WHAT IF I DONT RSVP ON TIME ?

Answer

If we do not recieve your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as a "not attending". We will miss celebrating with you guys but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

CAN I BRING A GUEST ?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate with everyone , we unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be made out to " Your name & guest" If a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding !

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Answer

While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only celebration, aside from children in our wedding party. If your child is invited their name will be on the RSVP tab. Due to the travel involved, we will be making an exception for infants who do not require their own seat. We completely understand that this may require some additional planning, and if you are having any difficulty making arrangements, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, we’re more than happy to help however we can. Thank you so much for your understanding!

WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTDOORS?

Answer

A little bit of both! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. Most of the space is paved, with just a small grassy area for the ceremony seating, nothing to worry about at all! Since our wedding is in November, we do recommend bringing a light layer for the evening as it may get a bit cooler.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION AT THE SAME PLACE?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at the Pavillion!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE ?

Answer

We kindly ask all guest to arrive by 3:00pm to find their seats and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm and we wouldnt want you to miss a single moment

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK ?

Answer

Yes! We have secured hotel blocks for your convenience. Please scroll to the bottom of our Travel page where you’ll find all the booking links. While it’s not mandatory to stay at these hotels, we arranged them to help make your travel as easy as possible!

HOW WILL TRANSPORTATION WORK ?

Answer

Transportation details are currently being finalized as we coordinate everything for our guests. We kindly ask that you complete all questions when submitting your RSVP, as this helps us plan routes and timing with care. We’re still confirming shuttle schedules and will share more details as we get closer. Thank you so much for your patience!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phone/cameras are put away. We have hired amazing photographers to capture our special day ! We cant wait to take photos with you during the reception !

WILL THERE BE ANY EVENTS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING ?

Answer

We are currently considering a small, informal gathering on Friday, but this is still tentative and will depend on how many guests are able to arrive early. If it does take place, it will be very relaxed and completely optional, as we understand many guests may be traveling in that same day. More details will be shared closer to the date if plans are finalized!
