Llegar a Llanes

Hay varias formas de llegar a Llanes: 1. La forma más recomendada. Volar al aeropuerto de Santander-Severiano Ballesteros (SDR). Distancia en coche de Santander a Llanes son 45 minutos. Podeis alquilar un coche (recomendado para poder explorar más) o coger el autobús (billetes de autobús en www.alsa.es). 2. Volar al aeropuerto Madrid-Barajas. Distancia en coche de Madrid a Llanes son ~4.30hrs.

Getting to Llanes

Flying in: the closest airport to Llanes is Santander (SDR), about ~45mins drive. This is a great option if you’re coming from Madrid, Barcelona or another big city in Spain. Int. Travel straight to Llanes: check the option of flying into Bilbao (BIO), its a ~2hr drive to Llanes, but is a larger airport with many international connections (Frankfurt, Dublin, Newark, Amsterdam). Driving from Madrid: if you want to do some exploring on your way up to Llanes, take the scenic 4.5hr drive going through beautiful cities and rural landscapes (make sure to stop in Burgos). We highly encourage you rent a car to access neighboring towns, beaches and incredible viewpoints around Llanes.
