Located on the Generations side, you can find just about anything at Chef Market and enjoy it indoors or on the covered deck which extends out to over the beach. Novel concept here where you select your main entree and will be served a series of appetizers to share with your party. Fuentes Culinary Experience
Cheeky Experience. If you enjoy cooking shows on TV you will probably love it. There is one seating per night. You must arrive by 7pm when drinks are served. The chef and restaurant manager begin preparing and explaining courses at 7:30 broadcast on large screens throughout the restaurant. While one course is being served the next one is prepared before your eyes. This evening requires a good 2 to 2 1/2 hours, so as we say - if you enjoy this, it is a great treat, if you prefer a quicker dinner without fanfare - don't go. This is a prime opportunity to pair wines with dinner via the Sommelier. *Entree fee and wine pairing fee may apply. Opens its doors to: Only one daily sitting, starting with a welcome cocktail at 7:00pm, followed by the dinner & show at 7:30pm. *Reservations required.
