Sean and Brittany met 4 years ago at their junior college in Normal, IL! With a small, 4 sport, athletics department it was easy for the two of them to cross paths as Sean was playing baseball and Brittany was playing soccer. Brittany had a crush on Sean almost immediately after the first night she met him. Sean was tall, handsome, and cracking jokes. All characteristics that drew her to him. The more their paths crossed and the more time they started spending together - the more their feelings grew for each other. Sean and Brittany seemed to click with each other right away - communicated well, laughed a lot, and always enjoyed hanging out and spending time together - just as they do now. They officially started dating November 1st, 2014. Sean bought a house in 2017 where they began building a life together. He finally popped the question last year, December 29, 2018 and And they will be getting married to spend the rest of their lives together this November! They are blessed by God's working's to bring them together and they are so excited to start the rest of their lives together and see what he has in store for them as a married couple.
Date night was in full effect with Micah (best man) and Devan (bridesmaid). Naturally, the four of them planned to try out a new bar in Oregon, IL that was right up their alley ;) as it was rustic, quiet, and small. We were excited to see what it was all about! As they were driving over they noticed and alleyway near the bar with beautifully string lighting and a great spot for some date night photos! Brittany took a photo of Micah and Devan and then Micah and Devan snapped a photo of Brittany and Sean (below)! Oddly enough Sean wanted to take another photo (if you know Sean, he's not always a photo guy). He kept Brittany where they were at, pulled a box out of his pocket, smirked like he was up to something, got down on one knee, and asked - "Brittany will you marry me?". And of course, she said yes! They went on to the bar to find some of their family and closest friends and celebrated all night!
