What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is black-tie

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Answer
The weather will be hot during the day, and warm during the evening. August is one of the hottest months of the Canadian summer.

Will the ceremony and recption be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be indoor, however the reception will be indoor and outdoor. The reception will take place inside the Glass Pavillion in the Gardens of Casa Loma.

What happens after the marriage?
Answer
After the ceremony guests will head to Casa Loma for cocktail hour at 6:00pm. The Bridal Party and family of the bride and groom will remain at Knox College for photographs.

Does your wedding have a theme?
Answer
No there is no theme

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Arrive downtown Toronto for 2:00pm in order to find and pay for parking, and arrive at Knox College for 2:30pm.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love our little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
Answer
The RSVP deadline is July 21, 2023. You can RSVP online through our wedding website. We also accept email RSVP at am.mcanuff@gmail.com
Question
Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Answer
Yes. Please specify when you RSVP if you have any food preferences and they will be accommodated by the chef at Casa Loma.
Question
May I take a centrepiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?
Answer
No, all centrepieces and flowers belong to a decoration company and will be returned to the company after the wedding.
