What's the Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. More elevated than business casual but less formal than black tie. Think knee length to midi length dresses and suits with ties. Please avoid white, ivory, or cream. If unsure, please ask.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

We are keeping our guest list intimate so we are unable to accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.

We love your kiddos, but we're making this night a grown up getaway. We appreciate your understanding.

Is My Whole Household Invited?

Answer

Unfortunately due to seating restrictions, only those listed on the invitations are invited to join us at our wedding.

When Should Guests Arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive by 4:30 PM as the ceremony starts at 5:00 PM. We would love for guests to have plenty of time to find seating and be settled for the arrival of the wedding party.

What's the Nearest Airport?

Answer

The Toledo Express Airport (TOL) is the closest airport to the venue. While further, some guests may find the flights at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) more convenient and cost effective.

Where Should Guests Stay?

Answer

We do not have any hotel blocks booked for our guests. Our venue recommends the following hotels: The Millhouse Courtyard Inn by Marriot - Holland or Maumee Holiday Inn Express - Perrysburg The Hilton Garden Inn - Perrysburg Home 2 Suites - Perrysburg

Is Parking or Transportation Provided?

Answer

Transportation is unfortunately not provided but there is free on-site parking for all guests.

Is the Ceremony Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is indoors in the chapel.

Question

Will the Ceremony and Reception be in the Same Location?

Answer

Yes! Both will be held at Nazareth Hall. The Ceremony will be held in the Chapel and the Reception will be held in the Riverview Library. Cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony.

Are Pictures/Videos Allowed During the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking and recording any photos and/or videos during the ceremony. We'd love to keep our ceremony completely unplugged.

Can we Post Photos Online?

Answer

We'd love for you to share photos anytime after the ceremony has concluded. Please share your photos with #Merk
