How and when should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by August 31, 2021 through this website in the RSVP section above with your name.

Can I bring a guest or guests?

Answer

When you RSVP with your name, you may see additional entries for guests. If you do not see an additional entry for a guest or do not have enough additional entries, please reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate him/her/them. Please let us know if any of your guests are under the age of 21.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi - formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

Of course! Dinner will be buffet-style with an open bar. Please let us know if you have food allergies/food restrictions ahead of time in the RSVP section or through text so that we can discuss this with the caterers.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

They will both take place at Boulder Ridge Golf Club (1000 Old Quarry Rd, San Jose, CA 95123).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception is expected to be indoors.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

As you drive into the venue, there will be a tent, where valet will be set up. They will park your car. Valet parking is free for all guests.

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:00PM sharp, followed by an hour of cocktails and then the reception. Reception end time is 12:00AM.

Where can I sit during the ceremony?

Answer

Seating is open, just as long as there isn't a reserved sign on the chair.

Where can I sit during the reception?

Answer

Seating will be assigned by table numbers.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19?

Answer

No, we will not require you to be vaccinated for the wedding, but we encourage it!

Do I need to wear a mask during the wedding?

Answer

According to the current state mandate, everyone is still required to wear a mask. However, if conditions improve, these restrictions might be lifted. At this time, you should plan to bring a mask. However, we will provide disposable masks for anyone that needs one.
