We will be having our wedding ceremony & reception at Alta Lodge. The lodge will be booking exclusively to our guests for check in on Friday & check out on Saturday. Thursday & Saturday night bookings are available as well. The Lodge has 44 rooms available Check in time: 3:00 PM Check out time: 10:00 AM To book, call Alta Lodge at (801) 742-3500 & mention "RIOS/PADILLA WEDDING" & the date "08/25/2023" or book using the link attached below **Upon arrival, please call from the courtesy phone at the top of the entry stairs so the lodge can assist with your luggage. The lobby entry is three flights of stairs down from the road level entryway** LODGING ROOM RATES THURSDAY Standard Middle & East Wing Rooms............$140 Corner Middle Wing & East Wing Rooms.............$170 FRIDAY Standard Middle & East Wing Rooms................$165/$185 Corner Middle Wing & East Wing Rooms................ $195/$215 *Thursday night includes continental breakfast. * Friday night includes a hot breakfast on Saturday. Rates listed are for single/double occupancy. Additional guests in a room on Friday night stays will be charged per person for Hot Breakfast. Tax is additional ROOM TYPES STANDARD MIDDLE WING One queen and one double, or two double beds. Accommodates 1-4 people. STANDARD EAST WING Two twin beds or one king bed. Accommodates 1-3 people CORNER MIDDLE WING One queen and one double bed, one twin day bed, and sitting area. Accommodates 1-5 people CORNER EAST WING One king or two twin beds, private balcony and fireplace. Accommodates 1-3 people. ROLLAWAY BED: $25/night A deposit in the full amount of one night's stay plus tax is due at the time of booking Parking is available at the Lodge & permits are not required in the summer. There is a courtesy shuttle available to bring people down if they prefer not to take the stairs. If guests are staying at the Lodge overnight, please be prepared to give the Lodge your vehicle information so you will be able to park overnight

Shuttle from Alta Lodge to other destinations

A shuttle service can be booked to and from Salt Lake City International Airport and Alta Lodge as well as other destinations. This option is highly recommended from Alta Lodge to the airport as uber and lyft are highly limited once at Alta Lodge. Airport transportation arrangements can be made directly with Alta Shuttle at altashuttle.com
