What is the dress code?

Answer

We request that all guests wear all black in cocktail or semi-formal attire.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are staying the night at Alta Lodge, check-in time starts at 3:00 PM. We suggest you arrive promptly at 3:00 PM to get checked in, to get your luggage & yourself settled in, and to find your seat for the ceremony. Guests will be guided to their seats from 4:30 -4:45 PM. The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM. If you are not staying at the lodge, please give yourself enough time before the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we think you deserve a night off! We are only allowing children of immediate family to attend our ceremony and reception.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.

Is parking available at Alta Lodge?

Answer

For those who are not lodging at Alta Lodge or are renting a vehicle during your stay, parking is available at Alta Lodge and parking permits are not required.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather permitting.

Will it be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will be unplugged (no phone use) as we will have some great photographers & videographers to capture the day! We would love our guests to sit back & enjoy the ceremony while the photographers & videographers handle the photos and videos.

What shoes should I wear?

All shoes types are welcome as the ceremony & reception will be on brick and flat boards.

Will I need an ID at the bar?

Answer

Yes, please make sure to have a valid form of identification in order to get a drink from the bar.

No alcohol (open or closed) is allowed to leave the wedding event
