PVR in Puerto Vallarta is the closest airport to fly into and is about a 45-minute drive from Sayulita, Mexico. You will need to take a taxi to Sayulita from the airport.

HOW TO GET AN UBER FROM PVR AIRPORT TO SAYULITA
Uber drivers are not permitted to pick passengers up in front of the Puerto Vallarta airport. Below gives step by step instructions/directions on where the Uber pickup is located. From our past experience a 1 way Uber X is about $40 USD.

While many places in Sayulita accept cards there are still many places where you will need to pay in cash. There is only 1 bank in town and is further out from the city center. We recommend bringing pesos with you or withdrawing cash from a bank ATM at the airport

GETTING AROUND SAYULITA
Sayulita is a small beach town in a compact radius. The best way to get around is on foot or via golf cart. Most villas can provide a golf cart for guests or will set up golf cart rental if you contact them beforehand. You can also order directly with Nava Golf Cart. We recommend booking 1 cart per 4 people due to limited parking (all golf carts seat 4).
