Question
Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We would love to celebrate with the entire world, however, due to space and seating that's just not possible. If you received a plus one or a guest listed on your invitation, feel free to bring one. However, if one isn't listed please understand our reasons.
Question
What is the attire for the wedding and reception?
Answer
We are asking for you to dress in business casual or semi formal as the wedding party will be in tuxes and formal dresses. Also, so that you don't blend in with the wedding party, we are asking that women refrain from wearing all black, eggplant purple and silver. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those heels are too high or that top button is too tight, let it hang loose. We're just excited to celebrate with you.

Are children invited?
Answer
We love kids............we really do. However, if your child is not listed on the invitation please honor our wishes. Due to space and seating we had some tough decisions to make in regards to the guest list. Thank you for understanding.

Where do I park?
Answer
Our venue is in the middle of downtown Sterling, so parking is a little strange. Please know you may have to walk a bit to get there. There is parking in the Grummert's parking lot on the corner of 1st Ave and E. 4th St. as well as in the Sterling Federal Bank lot on E. 4th St. Additionally there is parking along the roads on 1st Ave and E 4th St. as well as a few smaller parking lots near the venue.

Can we post pictures of the ceremony and reception on social media?
Answer
Please be aware that we are asking no photos to be taken during the ceremony. We want our guests to be present and we have hired an amazing photographer to capture those moments. After the ceremony and during the reception please feel free to take pictures and post online using the hashtag #HicksWedding2023 so that we can find them all together. Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
Although we are 2 households combining, we know our dear children will definitely be confiscating a lot of our stuff 😀 so we do have registries available. One is through Walmart and the other is through this website, Zola. We will send links to these registries in our save the dates and invitations. Of course, we would always welcome contributions to our honeymoon fund.

Answer
Please RSVP by September 1st, 2023. We understand for many of you traveling, or may be difficult to attend our special day. If you are unable to attend our special day, we will miss you but understand. Sending in your RSVP in a timely manner helps us to finalize details such as food and drink.
