The new "Blu Anchor" formerly Riley's Restaurant & Uncle Sam's Boat Lines have a role in our special day and these businesses fall under an all encompassing "tourism trifecta" business model including not only food & sightseeing but lodging as well. Cap't Thompson's Resort is conveniently located in downtown Alexandria Bay with beautiful views of the Shipping Channel & Boldt Castle. The Shuttle Boat taking guests to the ceremony is located at the resort. Rooms are a 2-night minimum with a 1-night deposit down on the day of booking. $235-250 was the rate quoted for Fri./Sat. with rates a bit better on Sun. at $210.
