In accordance with venue policies, this will be a dry wedding. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises, including during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. This policy is non-negotiable. If alcohol is brought onto the property, our event may be shut down immediately and subject to significant fines. We kindly but firmly ask all guests to respect this rule so that our celebration can continue without interruption. We will be providing a variety of non-alcoholic beverages and look forward to celebrating together in a joyful, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation, it truly means a great deal to us.
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Our ceremony and reception will both take place indoors, with cocktail hour hosted outdoors, weather permitting. We’re hoping for a beautiful day, with expected temperatures in the low 80s during the day and cooler evenings in the high 50s. We recommend dressing in light, comfortable layers so you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces with ease. Rainy-day contingencies are in place, so no matter the weather, the celebration will go on smoothly.
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
After the ceremony, we’ll be stepping away to capture our formal and family photos. To allow us time to capture these special moments we invite you to enjoy an extended cocktail hour with drinks, light bites, and mingling. Dinner and the reception will begin immediately following cocktail hour, and we’ll join you as soon as photos are complete. Cocktail hour hosted outdoors, weather permitting.
6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Please join us for an evening of celebration following cocktail hour. Dinner will be served buffet-style, featuring: (menu details to be shared once finalized) After dinner, enjoy speeches, dancing, and plenty of fun wedding festivities as we celebrate together. We can’t wait to share this joyful evening with you!
