Here's what to expect on the day of our wedding! We recommend arriving at the lodge around 3:00 PM to enjoy pre-ceremony appetizers, lawn games, and time to mingle with family, friends, and the groom. At 4:30 PM, guests will be guided from the lodge to the ceremony site together (the ceremony location does not have its own address). There is plenty of parking at the lodge. Parking at the ceremony site is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend carpooling from the lodge. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Guests are welcome to arrive at the Lodge starting at 3:00 PM. Please enjoy pre-ceremony snacks from 3:00–4:30 PM.

Ceremony

5:00 pm

As there are no driving directions to the ceremony site, we kindly ask guests to arrive at the latest by 4:30 PM. From there, everyone will be guided over together. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, and we appreciate your understanding that late arrivals may not be able to be seated.

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Reception

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

After Party

Post Wedding Celebration

Please join us on Saturday for a relaxed post-wedding celebration at the Fernandez household! It’s a casual, come-and-go gathering with catered Mexican food, bartended drinks, and lawn games. We’re excited to spend more time together and actually get to chat with everyone!
