We're getting married!

Ridge and Michelle met through mutual friends back in 2015—shoutout to Michelle’s maid of honor, Meytra, for introducing them! Their first meeting happened in front of Michelle’s parents’ house, which somehow led to a trip to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (a strong start, if you ask them). They quickly bonded over their shared love of working out and the outdoors, and Ridge taught Michelle a thing or two about sports—and maybe a little sports betting too. They stayed close friends throughout college, spending three years traveling back and forth between California and Nevada because they just couldn’t go more than a few weeks apart. By 2018, they finally made it official. Since then, they’ve been traveling, laughing, and making lots of great memories together. Foresthill holds a special place in their hearts—it was one of their first trips together as a couple. During the pandemic, they stayed at Michelle’s grandma’s house just 10 minutes down the road from the venue and spent time exploring the area. It feels full-circle to return to a place that has meant so much to them to celebrate their wedding day.
