Welcome to our City of Roses! While you're visiting, there are lots of different ways to get around without renting a car. Portland's public transit system, Trimet, is user friendly and can you get you anywhere that you need to go within the city.
Our venue is located outside of Portland, but we can help arrange carpools between folks with cars and those without, as needed.
Lodging: we highly recommend booking your lodging as soon as you can, as it is a holiday weekend. There are many affordable & unique lodging options on AirBnB. We're happy to offer input on areas to stay in Portland.
If you are not planning to stay at Vernonia Springs with us following the reception, you may want to reserve a room at the Best Western in Forest Grove where we booked a hotel block. Alternatively, you may check out heated cabins in L.L. Stub Stewart State Park, other hotels in Forest Grove, or you may find availability in the small town of Vernonia. See links below.

For guests who can't camp with us at the venue, we've reserved a block of rooms under "Max and Michelle" at the Forest Grove Best Western 20 minutes away. Rooms in the block are available for $165/ night, and must be reserved before August 3th, 2023.
