All 3 scheduled events will take place at Evergreen Lodge. The room block is under "Hawks Lovejoy Wedding", and the online discount is "HAWKS". If you book online, change the default "promo code" drop-down to "group code" when applying your group block code. There are a variety of rooms at Evergreen - from 2 bedroom family cabins to single queen room cabins. If you'd like to stay more than Friday and Saturday night you will need to call Evergreen Lodge to be able to book the longer stay and use the "Hawks" discount code for Fri/Sat.

This is the backup hotel, conveniently owned and operated by the same company as Evergreen Lodge. This is located on 120 right before you turn off towards Evergreen Lodge which is 7 miles down the road. Great place, we've stayed there as a family and really enjoyed it. There will be a shuttle to go back and forth as needed. Sadly there is no discount code or hotel block for Rush Creek. Which actually makes booking here.....somehow easier.
