Can I bring a date?

If you invitation say's "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, Wilderness offers complimentary shuttle service and will run on a loop every 15-20 minutes. Please check for the designated pick up points at your Wilderness lodging site. When you're ready to leave the reception, please ask one of the Wilderness staff members to call a shuttle.

Is there a shuttle to and from Island Pointe to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have exclusive shuttle service and will run on a loop every 15-20 minutes. This shuttle will pick up 12 guests at a time from the Island Pointe Owner's Clubhouse. When you're ready to leave the reception, please ask one of the Wilderness staff members to call for this exclusive shuttle.

Can I leave my car at the Wilderness Ballroom & Conference Center and take a shuttle home after the reception?

Answer

Yes, guests are more than welcome to leave their vehicles in the parking lot overnight.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids-we really do. If your invitation says "and Family," then yes, if not, we would prefer it was just the two of you.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
