There is a tab on this website that says Registry and you will see our honeymoon fund listed. We certainly do not expect any gifts but if you felt the need to you may make a contribution to our trip to the Seychelles!

What will the weather be like?

While the weather can be unpredictable in Cape Town, November is a beautiful month to be there, and is considered the unofficial start to summer. Temperatures should range btwn 55 (13c) at the low to 75 (24c) at the high with little rain and gentle winds.

What’s the best way to get around?

Answer

Uber is widely available throughout most of South Africa, and the recommended option for getting from the airport to your hotel, and sightseeing around Cape Town. All major car rental companies operate from all airports and in all major cities. Note: the default rental option in SA is manual transmission (“stick shift”). If you’re more comfortable in an automatic car, make sure you specifically request one when ordering. Also, for the Americans, in SA they drive on the left side and sit on the right side of the car, so be careful if you do choose to rent a car!
