Our personal favorites include: Miller's Twist (for the best cheesy pretzel dog you'll ever get), Beiler's Bakery, Herschel's, Beck's Cajun Cafe, Dinic's Roast Pork, and Sweet Nina's.

Grab some cheese from the infamous Dibruno's and head to the central park of Philadelphia! This park is perfect for picnics and people-watching. Home to some of our favorite restaurants including "Parc" and "The Love". Afterwards, you can grab a sweet treat from 1-900 ice cream, Vita, Taylor Chip, or Levain. The options are endless! Rittenhouse Square is also steps away from the shops on Walnut street. One of our favorite things to do is visit the Farmer's Market at Rittenhouse on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

For those of you with kids, this museum is perfect for you! The Please Touch Museum is an interactive children's museum with themed exhibits including a pretend grocery store and an Alice in Wonderland maze. Features a carousel and educational play areas for young explorers.

The Spruce Street Harbor Park is an urban park at Penn's Landing. Open during the summer, the park features a boardwalk along the Delaware River with a beachfront atmosphere. Some of the things you will enjoy here include lounging in at the flamboyant hammocks, eating the Philly-inspired delicacies (crab fries, of course), playing games such as shuffleboard, and drink cool and crafty brews from the beer garden.
