As we navigate the uncertainty of the future, we are moving forward with our wedding on a smaller scale than originally planned. In order to keep all of our friends and family safe and healthy, we are working with smaller numbers, taking extra precautions, and adding a virtual ceremony into the mix so that all of our original guests can share with us if possible. Please check out the schedule, faqs, and rvsp pages for additional information and check this website often for updates. Government restrictions and other items may require us to change plans at the last minute and we will post all updates as soon as possible
The couple has a special connection to the New Jersey shore, and they look forward to having you join them for their celebration in Stone Harbor. Michelle grew up with Sea Isle summers at grandpop’s place and Cliff spent his adolescence riding bikes and surfing (if you could call it that) in Ocean City. Later, Michelle became a multi-summer tenant in a house with her friends in Sea Isle that continues to be the source of many incredible stories and memories. Cliff likewise continued to make the most of his twenties in Ocean City, by inviting many groups of friends to stay at “Bev’s B&B.” More recently, the couple has come to relish their time at the shore together... bikes to Brown’s, lazy days on the boat, time with family, and even off-season trips just for Mack & Manco pizza (yes, “Mack”) and Tomatoes sushi. On December 14, 2019, Cliff proposed to Michelle at Peter Shields Inn in Cape May (if you don’t know it, Google it and make a reservation!). There was a clapping audience and champagne, but before all of that, there was a quiet and content lunch at the Reeds in Stone Harbor. Now, the couple (and all of you) will come full circle as they celebrate their wedding at the same location where they began the day of their engagement! We look forward to seeing you after the Thanksgiving holiday. Don’t overeat Thursday. There will be cocktails and food to keep everyone satisfied all night. Cheers!
