What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4pm to ensure time to park and find your seat!

Is the ceremony and/or reception outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors in a field (rain or shine), and the reception will be underneath a tent.

Where should we park?

Answer

You can park in one of the 3-4 visitor lots leading up the ceremony site. It is a short walking distance from the main lodge to the ceremony site, and then from the ceremony site to the reception tent.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

Uber and Lyft is available for transportation to and from the wedding. We encourage people to carpool as well, and you are welcome to leave any cars at Trapp overnight if you'd like!
