How Do I RSVP?

Answer

Use the QR code on the invite you receive to give a response to whether you can make it to our special day or not. You can also click the "RSVP" section in the menu bar to get to respond to the invite!

Can I Bring a Guest or Date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can We Bring Our Children?

Answer

We are having very few children, those who are a part of the ceremony and close family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Our venue is in Central Time Zone. Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes early before the ceremony time to accommodate parking and walking over to the ceremony site. The gate to the venue will close at ceremony time so as not to disturb the ceremony.

Where is the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Mountain Willow Manor. The ceremony will be in front of the manor house. Cocktail hour and the reception will take place in the pavilion around the corner :)

Is There a Dress Code?

Dress code is cocktail attire. Feel free to dress in our colors though we don't have an exact color picked out to represent our wedding. The "vibes" are earthy, muted tones. Think sage (green), terracotta (orange), mauve (purple), and dusty rose (pink).

Is There Parking on Site?

Lots and lots of parking! When you get up to the venue there is parking immediately to the left of the driveway, BUT if you keep following the driveway past the pavilion there is more parking by the small cabin.

We are supplying Coke products, one cocktail, wine, and beer at the bar!

Indoor or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors so we recommend you dress accordingly. November is known to have temperatures anywhere from the mid 70s to freezing temperatures. That is Tennessee for ya! While we are hoping for the best of temperatures and weather, we are also prepared with an inclement weather plan in case the weather is not forgiving. We are asking guests to please prepare for weather with a jacket and/ or umbrella!
