Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport (ATL): Traveling FROM it
Oh, traffic, how unpredictable you are! In ideal conditions, it would only take about 45 minutes from the airport to downtown Alpharetta via car. However, ideal conditions only exist for like 2 hours a day! For this reason, we expect it will likely take 60-90 minutes via car from the airport to downtown Alpharetta. FYI - Atlanta traffic is at its worst behavior during the weekday from 4-7P.
Train
MARTA
There is no direct public transportation from the airport to either our venue or downtown Alpharetta. However, there is direct public transportation via the MARTA train on the Red line from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta airport (the train station is directly inside the airport) to North Springs Station. In total, it takes about 45 minutes from station to station (18 stops) since they're on the opposite ends of the Red line. I would then encourage you all to take Lyft/Uber from the North Springs station to your hotel/accommodation as it's about a 20-minute drive from the train station. This would be the most cost-effective manner to and from the airport.

Car Rentals and Ride-sharing
You may want to consider renting a car or ride sharing from the airport to your accommodation as it may be more convenient. We will suggest that you plan on ride sharing or using a rental car to get around the Alpharetta/Roswell area.
Shuttle
Shuttle Service from the Main Hotel to the Wedding Venue

For Saturday, we will have a shuttle that will take our guests from The Hamilton Hotel in downtown Alpharetta to the venue and back to the Hamilton throughout the night. Please visit the FAQ section on our website for the shuttle schedule and logistics. If you decide to book at another hotel or stay, please plan on other transportation to and from the Hamilton hotel (for shuttle service) or venue (for direct traveling).

General Accommodation Information
The immediate area of Little River Farms, our wedding venue, is beautiful but very residential. Therefore, the closest hotel to our wedding venue is about 17 minutes. The suggested hotels below are all roughly 17-20 minutes away. We do not have any room blocks so please feel free to branch out on hotels/Airbnbs/accommodations of your choice as there are several options around the area. Alpharetta is a safe suburb outside of Atlanta, but it might be best to stay close to the Avalon area or downtown Alpharetta since you'll be closer to more of the shops/restaurants.

This is where the bride and the groom will be staying Friday - Sunday. It's in the heart of downtown Alpharetta and 17 minutes from Little River Farms. The shuttle service will also start and end here. Please see the shuttle section above for more information.

This hotel is centrally located and close to the Avalon area. It's less than 2 miles from downtown Alpharetta.

Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson airport (ATL): Traveling TO it
The Atlanta airport is one the busiest in the world! It's also located south of Atlanta and Atlanta is notorious for its traffic. We mention this because we suggest guests arrive 2 hours early to the airport in addition to factoring in the travel time TO the airport. Please also set your GPS to arrive to the Hartsfield DOMESTIC (North or South) terminal as the international terminal is a different address and about 1 mile further out. We'd hate for you to miss your flight! It's already happened to Michelle (but never Armin since he arrives to airports offensively early).
