Breakfast: fryjacks are a Belizean breakfast staple! You can get them all over, but this is THE place to get them. It's a small food stand, but the fryjacks are delicious and only $2-4 USD. Cash only

Breakfast/Lunch: They specialize in iced coffees, bagel sandwiches and ridiculously good mini donuts. I've been here more times than I'd like to admit. Cash only

Lunch: Absolutely delicious food, mostly Caribbean (jerk, coconut curry, seafood) and famous pastries. Cash Only

Breakfast: simple and delicious menu, and they have very cool outdoor seating, Cash or card.
Pasta per Caso
Dinner: amazing Italian food, and it's my second favorite restaurant on the island. It is owned by an Italian couple, and they serve 2 pastas and one meat dish each night. He makes the pasta and she makes the sauce. Great ambience. cash only.
Chef Kareem's Unbelizable Lunch Caye Caulker
Lunch: In the area near the split, there will be lots of grills set up at lunch time. Chef Kareem's is one of my go-tos, but you can't go wrong with any one of them. You'll find an array of grilled meats from jerk chicken to lobster, vegetables and rice at all of them. Some of them also have fresh coconuts for sale. Cash only.
The Pelican Sunset Bar
Great place to grab a cocktail (or several) and watch the sunset!
Northside Beach Club (previously Koko King)
Great place to spend the day at the beach. There's a full bar/restaurant and cabanas available for rent
