Getting There

If you’re flying in for the wedding, Denver International Airport (DEN) is the most convenient airport. Boulder is about 45 miles northwest of the airport, and there are a few easy ways to get there: 🚕 Uber / Lyft – Rideshare services are readily available at the airport. Just follow the signs to Level 5, Island 5 for pick-up. The cost to Boulder usually ranges from $60–$100, depending on the time of day and demand. 🚗 Rent a Car – Renting a car is a great option, especially if you’re planning to explore Boulder or the nearby mountains during your stay. All major rental companies operate out of DEN, and the drive to Boulder typically takes about 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic. KINDLY NOTE: Parking at the hotel (Embassy Suites & Hilton Garden Inn) is $18 per night. 🚌 Public Transportation (Budget-Friendly!) – Take the RTD SkyRide Bus (Route AB), which provides direct service from DEN to downtown Boulder. Buses run roughly every 30–60 minutes and the ride takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Tickets are around $10.50 one way and can be purchased at the station or via the RTD Mobile Tickets app. Follow signs to Ground Transportation at DEN, then look for the AB bus stop. No matter how you choose to travel, you’ll be treated to some classic Colorado scenery on the way. Let us know if you have questions—we’re here to help!

Where to Stay

We’ve reserved a hotel block at Embassy Suites Boulder & Hilton Garden Inn Boulder — they’re right next to each other and connected by a courtyard. We’ll be staying at Embassy Suites and would love for all of our guests to stay close by so we can all be together for the weekend! • Embassy Suites – $229 per night • (includes breakfast + a complimentary happy hour drink) • Hilton Garden Inn – $189 per night • Please make sure to book through our special link to get the discounted rate and be included with the group. Kindly Note: The booking site defaults to 2 nights, but you can adjust your stay before selecting a room. We recommend reserving early since our block is limited, and additional rooms at the rates above can only be added if available.
